Chuck Flange

Functions and features ・ Chuck flange CF series is attached to equip scroll chuck to Rotary Tables and Index Tables. The scroll chuck should be mounted via our chuck flange. ・ The scroll chuck adapt to the scroll chuck specified to JIS B6151. ・ We can offer the most suitable chuck flange since we have collet flanges with various attachment hole size. ・ Special size scroll chuck can be manufactured in regards to customer’s request.

Custom Chuck Flange

Functions and features ・ Custom chuck flange is a flange for attaching air pressure type/hydraulic pressure type power chuck to rotary tables. ・ We can offer the most suitable chuck flange from our past manufacturing records, if you can specify the model of the power chuck and oil pressure cylinder. ・ In case we attach Power Chuck to rotary tables, we need the flange for attachment of a rotary cylinder in the portion of back side of rotary tables.
